Dr. Bill Loving graduated from the University of Texas Medical
Branch in Galveston, Texas in 1974. After serving his
psychiatric residency at Austin State Hospital, he began his
neuropsychiatry practice.
For over 25 years Dr. Loving has treated psychiatric, chemically
dependent, and dually diagnosed patients. His philosophy is to
treat chemical dependency as a chronic self-induced central nervous
system disorder. Dr. Loving evaluates individuals in order to
diagnose and address psychiatric issues that may complicate
treatment.

Dr. Matthew Masters graduated from the University of Texas
Health Science Center in Houston, Texas in 1987.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University
Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin, Texas. Dr. Masters has
hospital privileges at Texas Star Recovery.
William J. McCreight, MD
Dr. William McCreight graduated from the University of Texas in
San Antonio, Texas in 1992. He has hospital privileges at
Texas Star Recovery Program and maintains a private practice in
family and addiction medicine.
