Acute Medical Detoxification
Texas Star Recovery's Acute Medical Detoxification is a safe haven for adults who are chemically dependent and have a history of medical symptoms from withdrawal, as well as dual diagnosis. Our experts provide a supportive environment, medically and emotionally, to transition the individual through a safe, effective, pain free detoxification.
The program provides immediate crisis intervention, formulates a comprehensive assessment, develops both a treatment and discharge plan, and successfully transitions the patient to the most appropriate level of care.
The initial assessment is created with the collaboration of the individual and our multidisciplinary treatment team of licensed professionals and includes the following components:
